Returns & Exchange Policy
- All returns must be received back at our Return Center within 30 days of the date of original shipment, documented in our shipment and tracking email.
- All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by our original shipping invoice, indicating reason for return or exchange.
- All merchandise must be clean, unwashed and unworn, and include all attached original tags.
- All shipments are subject to inspection.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after arriving back at our Return Center.
- Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. We are unable to refund to any method of payment other than what was originally used on your order.
- Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
- Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date (you may still be eligible for store credit if the return is received after 30 days as long as the item is not final sale. Late returns may also be subject to a 50% restocking fee.)
- Returns received in damaged or worn condition.
- Free gifts.
- Items that are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged: Select undergarments and shapewear (including undies, briefs, thongs, contouring undies and shorts, and closed corsets)
