CAPO-NATA, meaning BORN LEADER, promotes self-reliance, self-discipline, and self-confidence in every “body.” Capo-Nata’s garments are made for women on the go. Our UTILITY PATENTED “Lean Body Sports Bra” is our masterpiece, which creative design incorporates a supportive sports bra with a built in waist trimmer.
Our Founder Natascha Hopkins, a professional stuntwoman, has taken her expert knowledge of the athletic apparel market and created a distinguished collection that fills the void of athletic gear that merges function and trend.

ABOUT Me
Natascha Hopkins, a former Hollywood stuntwoman, producer, actress, entrepreneur, and inventor, is a multifaceted professional with a diverse body of work. Born in Germany, she excelled as an All-American gymnast and later gained recognition as the “Top Ten Sexiest Stuntwoman Alive” by the Richest.com. Natascha has an extensive portfolio, having stunt doubled for prominent actresses like Halle Berry, Zoe Kravitz, Kerry Washington and more, while contributing to major blockbusters such as Mad Max, Transformers, and Spiderman 3. She has also ventured into producing, with her short film “Perspectives” receiving multiple awards and international attention. Natascha’s most recently film “Disconnect,” will be debuting at Sundance in 2024. Natascha is currently on the board of Stunt POC (Stunt performers of color), is a new member of Marquis “Who’s Who,” and runs her company, Capo-Nata, where she has obtained a Utility Patent for her innovative Lean Body Sports Bra. Through Capo-Nata, which means “Born Leader” in Italian, Natascha is dedicated to designing functional and fashionable pieces that promote a healthy and active lifestyle for women of all sizes.
